Real estate agents face a unique set of challenges that can make their journey to success a long and arduous one.

One of the most significant challenges that real estate agents face is the unpredictable nature of the industry. Unlike salaried employees who receive a regular paycheck, real estate agents work on a commission basis, meaning they only get paid when a sale is made.
